- My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary trip at the Kenwood Inn! Our room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and Pat, the owner was so friendly and gracious! We also loved the Kenwood Inn's swimming pool! It's the only bed and breakfast with a pool, that I'm aware of? Everyone was so friendly, we had a great time meeting the other guests. - Wow!!! What a magical experience!! The Kenwood Inn is a beautiful property tucked away in the historic district. It's a quick 5 minute walk to get into the heart of everything but quiet enough to get a restful night of sleep. The inn is beautiful. The decor is elegant and the rooms are modernized for ultimate comfort. The bed was super cozy. What made this property so special was the staff. From the minute we walked in, we felt at home. Every morning there is a beautiful gourmet breakfast with three courses. It is excellent. They also have drinks offered and a great coffee bar with premium syrup options. In the afternoons they offer wine and freshly baked cookies for guests to enjoy. The grounds are gorgeous and all of the other guests were so friendly. They have umbrellas available for afternoon showers, strollers, high chairs, pack n play, etc. Lots of great items to ensure that your visit is comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you to the team for a fantastic honeymoon stay. So glad we chose the Kenwood Inn and can't wait to return!
- Absolutely the best bed and breakfast I've ever experienced. Pat and her team were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect. We parked in the lot provided and never needed our car throughout the entire three-day stay. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was on a whole different level. This is not your typical hotel continental breakfast. It was a beautifully presented, chef-crafted menu that impressed us every morning. Huge shoutout to Executive Chef Adam for the incredible meals. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Augustine. It will be the first place I check for availability when I come back. Thank you for an amazing stay!
- We stayed at the Kenwood Inn over Memorial Day weekend 2025, and it was our first Bed and Breakfast experience - it did not disappoint! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main area of town. The value is excellent, with perks like free parking and personalized service. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - multi-course, made with quality ingredients, and even included optional adult drinks for the holiday. Everything was delicious and felt like dining at a high-end restaurant. Our room was comfortable, though a bit simpler than a modern hotel. Still, the charm, creativity, and historic character of the building more than made up for it. If you've never tried a B&B, the Kenwood Inn is a great place to start. Highly recommended!
